Season Details
- 9-week season running June 30 – August 25
- All games played on Tuesday evenings
- 7 weeks of regular season play followed by a 2-week playoff tournament to crown division champions
- Games are 55 minutes long
- Start times are 6:00, 7:00, 8:00, and possibly the odd 9:00 PM (teams will rotate through different time slots throughout the season)
- Teams compete in divisions based on skill and experience
- Divisions may be adjusted during the season to ensure the best possible competitive balance
- 6 players on the court at a time
- Minimum of 2 identifying males and 2 identifying females on the court
- Recommended roster size: 8–10 players

What to Bring
- Non-marking court shoes or runners are required
- Water bottle, team spirit, and a willingness to dodge, dip, duck, dive, and dodge!
- First Night: Tuesday, June 30
